Having the ability to network comfortably has many business and personal benefits, and is a great skill for career development and job searching.

Come join us on June 20th at Hart House 5:30 – 8pm and join the discussion led by Linda Drisdelle, P.Eng. on learning how to network, the benefits of networking and how you can support staff and one another in growing business through networking. Starting to network for business or career development is easier than you think and we hope you will join us to hear some tips and tricks to get you started.

Linda Drisdelle, P.Eng. has over 30 years’ experience in engineering, business development and leadership. Linda recently wrote an article in the February edition of Environment Science and Engineering magazine about how “Networking is an Important Part of Building Successful Long-Term Client Relationships”. She is currently the General Manager of the Emissions Reduction and Compliance group at Pinchin where she leads a team of young, talented technical professionals in growing businesses and providing great service to clients. Linda holds a Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Toronto, a Master of Engineering degree from the University of Ottawa and an MBA from the University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management. Linda currently serves on the Community Affairs and Gender Issues Committee for the Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering at the University of Toronto and is active with Professional Engineers Ontario.
